This page explains what The King's Code collects, why, where it is stored and how you can access or delete it.

We do not collect location, contacts, microphone or camera data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
To create and secure your account, to run and personalise the 90-day protocol, to show your progress and history, to handle refund requests, and to keep the app working and free of abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use your journal entries for marketing.
Your data is stored in the app's managed database, hosted by our infrastructure provider. Every table enforces per-user access rules, so rows are readable only by the account that owns them. Traffic between your device and the app is encrypted over HTTPS.
These providers act on our instructions and only for the purposes described here.
The app stores a session token and small interface preferences in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in and your settings persist. These are required for the app to function; we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
We keep your account data and protocol history while your account exists, so your history remains available to you. When you request deletion, we remove your account and its associated rows, except where we must keep a record for accounting or legal obligations (for example, proof of a completed transaction or refund).

The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be communicated inside the app or by email.
