The King's Code

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of The King's Code and the 90-day protocol delivered through this app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. The service

The King's Code is a self-development app built around a 90-day daily protocol made of four phases — Reset, Syntax, Mirror and Anchor — plus an optional written journal, a progress map and a content library.

The protocol is delivered digitally. We may improve, reorganise or update the content and features over time without changing the essence of what you purchased.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the protocol. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — do not share your credentials.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.

3. Permitted use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share the protocol content;
  • share your access with other people or use it on behalf of a group;
  • attempt to break, probe or bypass the app's security or access controls;
  • use the app for anything unlawful or abusive.

Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.

4. Payment and access

Access to the protocol is paid. The price, the billing period and whether the purchase is one-time or recurring are shown at checkout before you confirm.

If your purchase is recurring, it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider — we never store your full card details.

5. Refund policy

The protocol is covered by a 60-day guarantee. Within 60 days of your purchase you can submit a refund request directly from the Account screen in the app.

Each account may submit one request. We review requests and reply within 5 business days. When a refund is approved, access to the protocol ends and your account moves to a refunded state — your history stays in the database but the daily protocol is no longer available.

6. Content and intellectual property

All protocol content, texts, audio scripts, library materials, branding and app design belong to The King's Code. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them while your access is active.

What you write in the journal is yours. We do not claim ownership of your entries and do not publish them.

7. Important disclaimer

The King's Code is a personal development and mental-discipline programme. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.

It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or under treatment, speak with a qualified professional. Results depend on your own consistency — we do not promise any specific outcome.

8. Ending your access

You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing guilhermedantasnegociosdigitai@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if a refund is processed, or if a payment fails and is not corrected.

9. Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from decisions you take based on the protocol. We work to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located in the United States.
